About Michelle
Michelle is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Integral levels 1 & 2, therapeutic restorative and accessible yoga training. She specializes in workplace wellness and has been honored to teach yoga sessions for The Whitney Museum, Guttmacher Institute, Arena Academy, among others.
Michelle is a life-long movement practitioner who aspires to cultivate freedom in physical and collective bodies.
